Directions:

add 3 oz grilled chicken breast

2 sliced scallions

1 tbsp chopped roasted peanuts

1 tsp each rice vinegar

1 tsp peanut oil

reduced sodium soy sauce

1/2 tsp honey

optional: hot sauce

Serve with 1 cup steamed broccoli
