Directions:

Spread 2 slices 100 % whole wheat bread with 1 Tbsp low-fat , low -sodium mayonnaise .

Top with 2 thin slices roast beef ( about 2 0z ) and 3  lettuce leaves.

Serve with 12 baby carrots and 1 apple.
