Directions:

Mix 3 oz canned, drained salmon with 1 tbsp each chopped fresh parsley, chopped black olives, diced red onion

1 tsp each olive and lemon juice

Spread on an 8-inch whole wheat wrap with 1 lettuce leaf, 1/4 cup crumbled feta.

Roll together and eat with 10 baby carrots.
