Hello everyone, I am Ivanna. I am a Healthy Lifestyle Blogger/YouTuber. I am a certified personal trainer and have been for over 14 years. Most importantly I am a follower of Jesus, a wife and mother. I blog over at petiteheartbeat.com and make videos at youtube.com/petiteheartbeat.
How do you incorporate exercise in your life?
I make it a point to exercise at least 5 times a week. I look at exercise the same way I do eating and drinking, you need it to live and to function effectively in your life. I run, lift weights or go for walks. I also make sure I walk around throughout the day. My day job requires me to sit behind a desk for 8 hours. I sit on a stability ball to add a little core work in throughout the day.
How do you stay motivated to workout?
As I mentioned, knowing that exercise is so important to how I function in my life keeps me motivated. If I don’t exercise I can see it my mood and energy levels. That is enough to keep me motivated. I also look at my body as a temple that I was given to care for while on this earth, that also motivates me. Of course being around for my husband and kids motivate me as well.
What can we expect to see on your YouTube channel?
On my channel you will find Healthy living tips, short effective exercise routines, recipe videos and motivational videos. I also cover some mental health topics for people suffering with anxiety and panic disorder. I desire to live a healthy and happy life and I try to let that shine through my videos. I want people to leave feeling inspired to live a healthier life.
Can you share any workout tips for beginners?
