Every Workout Counts
Every workout counts even if it is only for 15 minutes.
Let’s face it sometimes life keeps us so busy that we barely have time to stop and breathe. It becomes so easy to say ,” I would love to workout , but I am too busy” . When it comes to our health, we can’t afford to keep saying this. No matter how busy life gets we can always find some time to workout. You only need 15 minutes a day.
One way to sneak in a workout is to simply take a nice walk. Walking is a great way to stay physically active, yet it is underutilized. Grab some friends and take a nice stroll in the park. Why not ? This type of weather is perfect for a nice walk.
Have you ever taken a walk on the beach ? If you haven’t , you should try it. The beach is a perfect way to get a nice workout, simply walk and get lost in your thoughts. The beach is also a great place to relax your mind as you enjoy the beautiful weather and scenery. On numerous occasions, I walked from the start of the boardwalk to the end without even realizing it because I was too busy enjoying the beautiful beach weather. If you are looking to kick things up a bit, forget the boardwalk and walk on the beach. The sand will definitely help tone your legs and abs.
Another way to sneak in some exercise is by getting up early. I am not a morning person, but I don’t mind waking up 30 minutes ahead of time to workout. Working out in the morning will help you clear your mind and leave you feeling energized. If you can’t muster the strength to get up early, working out before bed is an option. It will help you sleep better.
