Here is Dee’s story:

This was me about a year and half ago… I was working full time and going to grad school so I barely made time for fitness…Its funny how I didn’t even realize how much weight I was gaining until I weighed myself at a friend’s house… I was in such shock at the numbers on the scale that I thought hers was wrong and bought one myself… Ha!! Negativo… It was all the way right..¬†I tell people all the time, it’s not about falling off the horse, it’s about picking yourself back up and getting back on… So I made my fitness journey a priority by drinking tons of water, eating healthy and working out at least four times a week…Trust me, if I can do it you can too!!
