The handstand pose or Adho Mukha Vrksasana (downward facing tree ) is an inverted pose in which you support the body by balancing on your hands. The fear of falling might prevent people from attempting to do the handstand. If you have a fear of falling, you can practice this pose against the wall. It will provide a sense of security.
