Crane pose:

-Aka Bakasana.

The crane pose aka Bakasana might be a bit of a challenge for some people. It requires using your arms to balance your body.  However, it is one of the simplest arm balance poses to do.  The downward facing dog pose and the plank pose are great poses to help prepare you for the crane pose.
