You have to believe in yourself in order to be the best you possible. I know it is easier said than done. But it is possible . You have to train your mind to focus on positive thoughts rather than negativity that sometimes overtake our mind. Write down your negative thoughts , then rip them up . Tell yourself that these thoughts will not hold you hostage anymore. Today is a new day. Today is the day that you will start believing in yourself.

A simple way to re-train your mind is to make a list of the things you love about yourself and carry that list with you.The more you clebrate your life (4)

When you wake up, read the list out loud. Before bed, read that list again. It won’t take long before you start believing in yourself.
